We will use technology to improve and open up the process of collective decision making. The issue is the many have had minimal influence or failed to participate in this process leaving it to a few. The collective decision making process has been turned into a game with winners and losers and the "collective" for the most part excluded.
Story Line
Back in 1991 an entity began publishing and communicating in
Cyber Space the Electronic Dialog
This entity introduced questions, intelligence and insight leading the way to
greater understanding and transformation.
